Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Certain items such as gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are non-returnable.
How to Return
- Online Orders
- Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
- Choose your preferred return method: Ship Back or In-Store Drop Off.
- Follow the instructions provided to generate a return label (if applicable).
- In-Store Returns
- Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) to any of our physical store locations.
- Our store associates will process your return immediately.
Return Shipping
- All returns are free of charge.
- For online returns, a prepaid return label will be provided.
- Items returned via shipping should be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If you used a gift card or promotional credit, refunds will be applied to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the promotion terms.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for size or color are available for eligible items.
- If your desired replacement item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure a replacement is sent at no additional cost.
